A key to self-acceptance: "You are allowed to feel like that"

Throughout the course of the day, we may experience many different kinds of feelings arise in us. These may be caused by the various situations we encounter while going about our day. We may feel impatient, irritated, annoyed, frustrated, angry, upset, sad or a a host of other things. In this video + blog, I will share with you one important key to self-acceptance that comes in really handy when we are experiencing feelings that tend to bring us down.

The Intention for Today is Self-Care.

Today, atleast for one moment, indulge in extreme self-care. Have you seen how a cat grooms itself? It seems like her body is the greatest treasure on earth and that is how she treats it too. Take inspiration from that. Give yourself milk-honey-butter-and-cream treatment, whatever that means for you.

PS: One of the ways you can care for yourself, is to ask yourself: what can I do for you? And your body will show you what it needs. Make sure then, once the answers emerge, to follow it with action.
