Today's intention is to Notice.

Today, notice the Fear that underlines your behaviors and feelings. Just take a few minutes during your day and evaluate, assess, reflect on what are some of your shackles. And reflect on how you can break free from them.

PS: Once you have a feeling about what your fear is/fears are, be grateful for having been able to identify them. Thank the Fears for serving you so far and acknowledge their contributions to your life. Then let your fears know that it is time to move on. Next, note down some action-steps that you can show to YOURSELF what you would do if you were not experiencing this fear. In other words, how would be behaving, feeling, acting if this fear was a non-issue? Make a list of such actions and commit to taking 1 action from this list.
