Today take the time to relax. Allow your body and mind to unwind. In stillness and in rest, rejuvenation and revitalization takes place. Open up to the guidance from within.

PS: A two-minute meditation can go like this: Close your eyes, become aware of your breath, and count backwards from 25 to 1. Open you eyes and go about your day.
