Forgiveness is the intention for today.
Make a list of your hurts, your resentments, your pain that you feel. Accept the way you feel. That is how it is in this moment. Then, let go. Let go of this suffering. Let go of the loneliness. Let go of anger. Let go of it all. Get in touch with the spirit of forgiveness, the great gift you give to yourself.
Begin with yourself. Forgive yourself for all the "faults", the guilt, the pain you have caused yourself and others. Take baby steps if it seems too much. Do it one step at a time.
Then, forgive others. Remind yourself that you did the best you could in that given moment and so did the others. They acted from their pain and suffering and unconscious living. There is nothing you can do to change the past events, yet you can change your relation to the past from this current moment.
Liberate your burdens. Let them dissolve. Use your mind, your breath, your awareness as your support. Step into the zone of appreciation and gratitude. Free yourself, lighten your heart.
